India is rich with culture and modern heritage. Moreover, India is one of the developing countries in the world. India has more than 50% of its population below the age of 25. They are the youth power, and they make changes at local, national and international LEVELS. Henceforth, initiatives have been taken to reach school children, college students, government and corporate employees, school dropouts and so on because they are the future India, Aintza’s ideas benefit the growth of every individual in the society both personally and professionally. We plan for actions.
Our goals is to empower adult, youth and young children in the field of education and career. As said, youth make changes in the society, indeed they lack in proper guidance in their childhood though they are educated and willing to learn.
Aintza’s primary feather is the training methodology in the field of communications, effective language training, shaping leaders, placements, social awareness, social responsibilities, ethics, values, and finally to built a personality with positive attitude. We believe those are the keys to success, We always believe in the holistic development.
The syllabus is unlike the traditional way of teaching or lecturing, the contents are task-based. The aim of the modules are not only impart on Computer Education, Communication Skills, Employability Skills, Effective Language Trainings, Leadership skills, Industrial Trainings. But also for the self analysis which may lead to shape one’s own personality. We would try to imbibe knowledge to receive and skills to develop. We believe it is a long term process and so we plan and train people step by step. To improve one’s skill, invest time on it is a vital one. Students would be analyzed and assessed on the whole to find the problems.
